However that means different things for different people, so we are here to guide you and put together an individualized plan that gives you the best chance for success. IT'S NOT EASY, YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED BUT TOGETHER WE WILL GET YOU TO YOUR GOALS. This isn't for everybody you have to be ready, willing, able to Sacrifice, Plan, and Implement Change. Remember progress not perfection is what your journey is about.
ABOUT ME
Hi I'm Will Taylor and I have enjoyed being a fitness coach for over 15 years. I was nominated and became one of the top 10 personal trainers to watch Globally by Life Fitness. I am CPR&AED, AFAA, ISSA Sports Nutrition certified, and a CF-L1 trainer. I know personally what it is like to feel left out, be the underdog or just not happy with what you see in the mirror. Thats why I want to share with you what Taylord Fitness has to offer. Training that instills accountability and motivation, empowers growth and achieves results as you are challenged to be your best; all customized just for you.
